Congratulations to Coach Madalyn Brook on her retirement!

Madalyn’s journey began in Bloomington, Illinois, at the Four Seasons Health Club's original ice rink. What began as a personal joy for skating grew into a lifelong passion for teaching—where she inspired generations of skaters, from their first steps on the ice to mastering the highest levels of the sport. Many of her students are now coaches, judges, and lifelong skaters themselves. Over the years, she served as a coach and skating director at several rinks across Illinois, helping to grow a love of the sport throughout Central Illinois. She also earned the distinction of being a double master-rated coach and guided students at every level, including national championship competitors.

Nearly 20 years ago, Coach Madalyn became one of the very first coaches at our Ice Center and she is also a founding member of our Club. Her vision, dedication, and leadership have been instrumental in the growth and success of countless skaters.

We celebrate her incredible coaching legacy and wish her every happiness in this next chapter. We’ll be sharing more soon about opportunities for the Club to honor her and extend our well wishes.

Congratulations Coach Madalyn on Retirement after 55 Years of Private Coaching!
