Skaters of all ages and abilities will dazzle you with their performances on ice!

Artistic Director: Rachael Minteer; Stage Managers: Alan Fennell and E. Fischer

The Plot

Section 1: The Snow Globe is shaken and we are transported….Into the Crystal Realm.

  • In the Crystal Realm the snow flake fairies fly around and as they settle we see kids playing in the snow, throwing snow balls and building enchanting snow castles. As their imaginations soar we continue on to other snow covered worlds.

Section 2: The Snow Globe is shaken and we are transported... to the Flower Fairy Gardens

  • Here the snow has melted and given way to a blossoming spring where we see magical sites while exploring through the gardens.

Section 3: The Snow Globe is shaken and we are transported... up to the Stardust Skies.

  • As we look into a snow globe the sparkling flurries reminds us of a sky full of stars. The sky continues to marvel at us as we continue to explore its wonders.

T-Shirt Sales:

We will be selling T-Shirts for the Ice Show. More information to come.

Logistics:

The rehearsal is Saturday, November 15th from 1:30-3:30 pm. We need all skaters in attendance.

  • Please arrive and have skates on by 1:15 so we can start on time. Ideally come in your costume if at all possible.

  • Please bring blankets or lawn chairs. Skaters will be able to relax on the ice and watch the show!

  • Please meet in the BIC lobby.

  • Parents can watch if they want (in the same spot that is used for club ice).

The show is on Sunday, November 16th at 3 pm.

  • Skaters should arrive by 2 pm in costume with hair and make-up done.

  • Volunteers should arrive slightly before 2.

  • Parents and spectators can go upstairs in Grossinger at 1 pm or after.

  • We will not be requiring clear bags.

  • There will be concessions available.

  • We ask that the skaters stay down in the locker rooms or watching the show as a group (we will have a location where they can watch) so they are ready for their number and the finale.

Instead of tickets, we are asking for donations toward CIFSC at the door.

  • We suggest around $15 per spectator but obviously, it’s up to each individual family.

We will have programs and other show-related items for sale.
