Group Training Opportunities
NEW Club Offerings! Based on feedback from our membership, we are excited to offer new opportunities for our skaters! Below is a breakdown for our Advanced, Aspire and JAM Skaters:
Advanced Training
Mondays 5-6 During Advanced Club Ice:
Annual Ice Show (Rehearsals on Mondays 5-6 9/8 to 11/10) - Save the Date for our Annual Ice Show on November 16th! REGISTER HERE by 8/24!
Advanced Jumps and Spins (Mondays 5-5:30 starting in December) - This will be open to Pre-Preliminary level and above and will be offered during our NEW Advanced Club Ice time of 5-6 Mondays which is open to Full Members of CIFSC (not JAM Members).
Advanced Performance Team (Mondays 5:30-6 starting January)- We are also exploring the feasibility of introducing an advanced Performance Team coached by Rachael Minteer and Lindsay Danner! This group would practice on Mondays from 5:30-6. Please hold Monday evenings starting in January if you are interested in this opportunity!
Thursdays
Club Ice (5-6) - Skate with your friends! All CIFSC Members welcome!
Strength/Conditioning (Thursdays 6:30-7:30 PM and Saturdays 10-11 AM) - Training and Performance Center is excited to offer 1 hour off-ice strength/conditioning training for our club. Skaters must sign up for 3 months of training through TPC. Registration will occur on the first day of training (8/21 or 8/23). Please sign up here so we know how many people to expect the first day. If we get more people the price may go down!
$80/month of 1x week training
$140/month of 2x week training

Saturdays:
10-11 AM is the second offering of TPC strength/conditioning described above. 2x per week and 1x per week options available!
Aspire and JAM Training Program
Mondays 5-6 During Advanced Club Ice:
Save the Date for our Annual Ice Show on November 16th! Rehearsals for group routines will be Mondays during Advanced Club Ice. Skaters of ALL levels will be cast in the Ice Show. REGISTER HERE by 8/24! Note that after the Ice Show, Monday Club Ice will only be availible for Full Club Members only (no JAM members)
Tuesdays
Aspire Performance Team - We are adding a NEW Aspire Performance Team during the 5-5:30 TOI. It will be offered at the same time as the Basic Skills Performance team. Sign up for this through the Ice Center REGISTER HERE.

Thursdays

Fridays:
NEW! Skating Skills for Figure Skaters (5-5:40 9/5-10/10) - This class focuses on building strong foundational skating skills required for U.S. Figure Skating’s Pre-Preliminary and Preliminary Skating Skills tests. Skaters will work on edge quality, power, control, posture, and flow across the ice. Perfect for skaters preparing for their next test or looking to refine their technique. Blades 5/6 and up. REGISTER HERE!
Ice Show LTS Routines (5-5:40 10/17-11/14) - Are you a Blades skater, and not ready for the full ice show commitment, but you still want to perform at our ice show? Or are you registered for the ice show and want to do an extra routine? This class may be right for you! Skaters will be grouped by level and perform a 2-minute routine (shadowed by a LTS instructor) These LTS routines will be sprinkled throughout the show. REGISTER HERE
Saturdays:
10-11 AM Strength and Conditioning: Second offering of TPC strength/conditioning described above. 2x per week and 1x per week options available!
