Logistics:
The rehearsal is Saturday, November 15th from 1:30-3:30 pm. We need all skaters in attendance.
Please arrive and have skates on by 1:15 so we can start on time. Ideally come in your costume if at all possible.
Please bring blankets or lawn chairs. Skaters will be able to relax on the ice and watch the show!
Please meet in the BIC lobby.
Parents can watch if they want (in the same spot that is used for club ice).
The show is on Sunday, November 16th at 3 pm.
Skaters should arrive by 2 pm in costume with hair and make-up done.
Volunteers should arrive slightly before 2.
Parents and spectators can go upstairs in Grossinger at 2:30 pm or after.
We will not be requiring clear bags.
There will be concessions available.
We ask that the skaters stay down in the locker rooms or watching the show as a group (we will have a location where they can watch) so they are ready for their number and the finale.
Instead of tickets, we are asking for donations toward CIFSC at the door. We suggest around $15 per spectator but obviously, it’s up to each individual family.
We will have programs and other show-related items for sale.
