⛸️ Ice Dreams Workshop: 3:00–7:30 PM (Skaters enrolled in the optional performance opportunity starts at 2:30)
⭐ Learn to Skate Workshop: 4:45–7:30 PM
⛸️ Ice Dreams Workshop
Designed for skaters ready for a full workshop experience! Skaters will receive 1 hour and 30 minutes of on-ice instruction, plus Q&A, off-ice instruction, dinner, and autographs.
Tentative Workshop Schedule
2:30 - 3:00 PM
Check in at the Arena Concourse. Please use the VIP Entrance on Roosevelt Ave, and go up the stairs to the Arena Concourse. Get skates and so you are ready for the On-Ice Workshop at 3!
OR
Ice Show Performance Rehearsal for skaters participating in the optional performance opportunity. These skaters should check in 2-2:30 PM.
3:00–4:30 PM
On-Ice Workshop with Ellie, Danny, and Coaches Courtney, Bailey, Anna, Beth and Rachael.
Jumps • Spins • Skating Skills
Note: Danny will need to leave the ice at 4 PM to commentate virtually for Eastern Sectionals, and Ellie will be coaching the entire time!
4:30-5:00 PM
Get skates off and take a snack break!
5:00–5:45 PM
Off-Ice stretching and conditioning with Coach Krystyna from the Athlete Factory in the Arena Concourse.
5:45–6:15 PM
Dinner Break in the Arena Concourse. We will have Jimmy John’s sandwiches.

Training Groups
Skaters will be divided into groups based on skating level so instruction can be tailored appropriately. Final training groups are: Competing Axel and Above, Working on Axel/Inconsistently Landing, Working on Full Jumps, Working on Half Jumps.
🌟 Optional Ice Show Opportunity
Eligible workshop participants can add an exclusive opportunity to perform in the opening routine of CIFSC’s November 8 Ice Show alongside Ellie & Danny!
Choreography will be provided on 11/2 by video, and we will have an in-person rehearsal from 2:30-3:00 PM before the workshop.

Note: If families purchase Skating Starfish Priority Seats or Magical Mermaid Early Access, you do NOT need to purchase one for your skater. Simply save them a seat and they can join you after the opening number!
